SHIPPING
WHEN WILL MY PRODUCTS BE DISPATCHED?
REPLICA SHIRTS; Limited stock available for immediate order.
Once sold through, there will be pre-orders with Hope + Glory. Lead time on these are roughly between 6-8 weeks from the point of order. Please then allow 2-3 weeks for shipment and delivery. Any changes to this will be communicated.
TEAMWEAR & CLOTHING ORDERS; Note that all teamwear and clothing orders are pre-order.
ALL OTHER PRODUCTS; For all other products like mugs etc our estimate turnaround time is 7 working days, so your products will be dispatched within this period. In the unlikely case of a delay, we’ll contact you with an update to detail the delay and ask you how you’d like to proceed.
HOW ARE MY PRODUCTS SHIPPED?
Depending on size, quantity and your choice of shipping method, orders are shipped by Evri.
The packaging for different products is varied. Clothing is folded into a clear, biodegradable poly bag and shipped in a grey recyclable mailing bag. Larger orders may ship in cardboard boxes.
WHEN WILL MY PRODUCTS BE DELIVERED?
This depends on the courier, but Evri quote their delivery service as taking 1 to 3 working days for UK deliveries. Royal Mail 3 to 5 working days for Europe and 7 to 10 for the rest of the world. Please note these timings are PLUS the days to dispatch mentioned above.
WHAT IF MY ORDER DOESN’T ARRIVE?
Whilst rare, parcels can go missing in the post. We cannot issue replacement orders until 20 working days after dispatch for the UK and 30 working days for EU & INT. This is because we cannot claim from Royal Mail until this time.
If an order does not arrive, we always recommend to check at your local post office/delivery office before contacting us. Please also note that we must be notified within 30 days of any orders that have not arrived. After this time we cannot replace any orders free of charge.
DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?
Yes, we can ship any order worldwide. At checkout once you have entered your address the shipping option will update.
RETURNS
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
We aware that for one reason or another there may be a need to exchange or return your purchase. Currently each Hope & Glory product is made to order, so unless there is a fault with the item unfortunately we do not accept returns or exchanges. When selecting the size of your garment please refer to our size guide and ensure the correct size is selected. Whilst faults are rare, it does occasionally happen – simply email with a photo and description of the fault and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund. This can be done within 14 days of receipt.
The same will apply for the other products. Unless there is a fault, we do not accept returns. If there is a fault, please email with the issue and we can get a replacement or refund sorted.
PLEASE NOTE: It can take up to 28 days for a return to be processed.
